PrintMend ("we", "the app") is a utility that repairs Epson printer WiFi connections. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

Data We Do Not Collect

PrintMend does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Specifically:

• No account registration required
• No analytics or tracking SDKs
• No advertising frameworks
• No data shared with third parties

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

• Repair credits — stored in the iOS Keychain to track your free and purchased repair quota
• Repair history — records of past repairs (printer name, date, result) stored locally

Local Network Access

PrintMend uses your local network to discover and communicate with Epson printers on the same WiFi network. This communication happens directly between your device and the printer. No data is sent to any external server.

Printer Communication

To perform repairs, PrintMend communicates with your printer's built-in web interface over your local network. This may include:

• Reading printer status and configuration
• Suspending and resuming Epson Connect services
• Reconfiguring WiFi settings on the printer

All communication occurs locally between your device and the printer.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

PrintMend does not knowingly collect any data from children. The app does not collect data from any user.
